1. Equipment Scope & Collector Classification

All amusement machines, electro-mechanical reel cabinets, pinball tables, microprocessor printed circuit boards (PCBs), and spare components supplied by Slot PCB Parts UK Ltd are sold exclusively for private residential recreation, private collector exhibitions, and historical preservation. Equipment is permanently configured to operate either in push-button free-play mode or with commemorative brass souvenir tokens possessing zero cash surrender value.

2. Order Consultation, Pricing & Invoicing

All prices displayed on this website are denominated in Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and represent the restored equipment value prior to individualized freight charges.

Because amusement cabinets weigh between 95 kg and 140 kg, online checkout submissions function as formal order consultations. No automated credit card debits occur on this website. Our Edinburgh sales desk evaluates your delivery postcode, confirms doorway widths and staircase clearances, and issues a formal pro-forma invoice payable by standard UK bank transfer.

3. 12-Month Comprehensive Technical Warranty

Every fully restored machine supplied by Slot PCB Parts UK Ltd includes our 12-month comprehensive warranty covering internal electronics, microprocessor MPU boards, 230V toroidal power converters, and optical stepper motor assemblies.

During the warranty period, defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our Edinburgh engineering facility or through dispatched field components. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized third-party electrical modifications, liquid spills, physical impacts, or operation on ungrounded electrical circuits.

4. White-Glove In-Home Delivery Protocol

We coordinate specialist two-person White-Glove transit across mainland Scotland, England, and Wales. Deliveries are scheduled with advance arrival notifications.

Our logistics personnel unpack the equipment, place it into your nominated ground-floor room (or accessible upper floor if pre-arranged and verified), install levelling feet, connect the unit to standard UK 230V mains power, and confirm coin-in/token-out cycle integrity.

5. 14-Day Collector Inspection Privilege & Returns

We want you to be completely delighted with your equipment. Collectors enjoy a 14-day inspection privilege commencing on the date of physical delivery.

If you choose to return the machine during this window, you must notify our Edinburgh desk in writing at info@slotpcbpartsuk.com. The cabinet must remain in its delivered condition without component tampering or external cosmetic wear. A refund of the machine purchase price will be issued following workshop return inspection, minus actual two-way freight transit costs.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms of warranty and service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
